The Board of Directors consists of seven officers and meets monthly to conduct Academy business.

The Immediate Past President is a non-voting member of the Board of Directors and serves to provide continuity and historical reference as needed. 

The Administrative Assistant supports the Board of Directors, Commissions, Councils, Committees, and members of the Academy.
