The American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals is part of a collaboration of organizations that serves the FertilityCare profession. We are proud to affiliate and work side by side with the St. Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction, FertilityCare Centers of America, and FertilityCare Centers International.
St. Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction
The Saint Paul VI Institute, founded in 1985 by Thomas W. Hilgers, MD, is internationally recognized for its outstanding achievements in the field of natural fertility regulation and reproductive medicine of scientific research and educational program development; allied health professional education programs for couples and professionals; professional, caring, and morally acceptable patient services.
The Saint Paul VI Institute for the Study of Human Reproduction is building a culture of life in women’s health care through its major developments — CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System and NaProTECHNOLOGY®.
The St. Paul VI Institute:
- is a medical institute specializing in research, diagnosis, and treatment of procreative and women's healthcare.
- is a National Center for Women's Health.
- conducts and provides education and research.
- publishes and provides teaching materials for FertilityCare Centers and Education Programs.
FertilityCare Centers of America
FertilityCare Centers of America (FCCA) is a non-profit corporation founded by the developer of the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS), Thomas W. Hilgers, MD, in 1999. CrMS is the innovative system which, for the first time, networks family planning with a woman’s reproductive and gynecologic health.
The purpose of FCCA is to unite and promote CrMS educational services through local FertilityCare Centers in North America and Canada. FCCA manages a network of over 200 nationally affiliated FertilityCare Centers that provide instruction in CrMS.
To ensure the quality control and standardization of all CrMS services provided, each FertilityCare Center affiliated with FCCA must have a Responsible FertilityCare Practitioner who is formally trained in CrMS and certified through AAFCP.
The FCCA:
- affiliates FertilityCare Centers through a Responsible Practitioner.
- provides operations and marketing support to FertilityCare Centers.
FertilityCare Centers International
FertilityCare Centers International (FCCI) serves to unite an international network of FertilityCare Practitioners and Medical Consultants to bring CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System and life-affirming healthcare — NaProTECHNOLOGY® — to the world.
