Exhibitor Information
Exhibitors will have booth space during the Annual Meeting at the Grand Wayne Convention Center to share information about their services and/or products. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with our exhibitors from July 22 through July 25, 2026. Exhibitors may offer special discounts, host giveaways or contests, and much more throughout the week.
Application and payment must be received before June 30, 2026.
2026 Exhibitor Prices:
- Exhibitor Fee: $300 (does not include conference registration)
- Electricity Add-On: $75
- Exhibitor Meal Add-On: $100 (only includes meals provided during the Annual Meeting)
Swag Bag Donation:
There is also an option to donate small items with your logo to be included in our swag bags that are given to conference attendees. Items and literature to be included requires Board approval. The number of each item or piece of literature needed will be provided to the sponsor once it is known after the Annual Meeting registration deadline has passed. In addition to the donated items or literature, the Swag Bag Donation Fee is $25. This option is available in the online Exhibitor Registration Form. Suggested items include:
- pens/highlighters/pencils
- chapstick
- snacks
- sticky notes
- keychain/flashlight
- mints/gum
Who attends the AAFCP Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting draws participants from around the world with a wide range of backgrounds including: physicians and Medical Consultants of many specialties, especially OB/GYN and Family Medicine; allied health professionals, chiefly FertilityCare Practitioners; midwives, nurses, and other medical professionals; healthcare students; and clergy, ministry leaders, and religious.
