Annual Meeting LiveStream

We will be offering a LiveStream option for this year's Annual Meeting. Think of C-Span , that will be the style of the LiveStream.

Here are a few things to consider with the LiveStream:
-To attend the LiveStream it is $200. To register please head to the AAFCP website .
-This is true LiveStream
There will be no interaction
-There will be no ability to ask questions
-You will just be able to view the meeting.
-You will receive 17.5 AAFCP contact hours, to go towards Continuing Education.
-All QR codes to log your hours will be sent separately the week of the Annual Meeting.
-You will be emailed a copy of the Program Book and any materials you will need for the Annual Business Meeting.
-Once you register you will receive a link to the LiveStream a few days before the meeting begins.
-There will be NO CMEs or CEUs offered by attending the LiveStream.
-There will be no tech support for helping with sound or your view.
-This will not be recorded and you will not be able to go back and watch the LiveStream.
-Audio recordings of the talks will be posted in the Academy Store just as they are each year.
-Registration for the LiveStream will close Friday July 17th.

• How do I register to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting?
  • Online Registration is the quickest way to register, but anyone can register via postal mail using the Registration Form with a check for payment. The Registration Form is fillable. You may type in your answers before printing. 
    
    
• When can I register to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting?
  • Registration is now open and closes on July 8, 2026. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
    
    
• How and when do I reserve my room at the conference hotel?
  • Accommodation information for the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center is on our Accommodations webpage. The deadline for the group rate at the hotel is Sunday, June 30, 2026.
    
    
• How can I reserve my hotel stay for longer than the days of the Annual Meeting?

  • From the hotel: The rate is only available for what is contracted, unless requested to be added in. It sounds like the guest wanted to make a reservation outside what was contracted.

    We made a few rooms available on the booking link at the group rate for a couple of days leading up to the event. If guests cannot book the additional nights through the link, please have attendees proceed with making their reservation for the days that are available. Then you can have them call-in to the Sales Department, and we can confirm whether we can accommodate the group rate for the additional nights requested.

• How can I reduce the cost of my Annual Meeting expenses?
  • All Academy members in good standing have the opportunity to obtain Sponsor Messages to offset the cost of their Annual Meeting expenses. Additionally, those who are  Members  of the AAFCP may submit a request for financial assistance using our Scholarship Application.
